岗位职责
Handle & monitor staff database & personnel files
Assist in daily, weekly & monthly attendance & leave monitoring
Assist in payroll calculation of the company.
Assist in implementing compensation and benefits package
Handle recruitment, job posting, screening, interview
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Assist in daily operations of the HR department & HQ, including record keeping & documentation
Assist in other ad -hoc tasks from time to time
Job Type: Permanent
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
Mandarin (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
