The Role

As a Product Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting the creation of industrial products and machinery solutions. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to bring product concepts to life through precise CAD design, hands-on fabrication, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and accurate CAD drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks or AutoCAD for industrial equipment and machinery applications

• Assist in the full product development cycle from concept design through to prototype creation and final production

• Conduct hands-on fabrication and production work to support product manufacturing and assembly

• Assist with testing, quality checks, and product application development to ensure designs meet technical specifications

• Provide technical support on machine settings, operations, and troubleshooting

• Support product demonstrations and preparation of marketing samples for client presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams on creative product applications and design improvements

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and design records for all projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD

• Proven experience or strong interest in hands-on fabrication, production, or workshop environments

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering drawings

• Detail-oriented with a practical mindset and passion for machinery and product creation

• Experience in workshop, manufacturing, or prototyping environments is strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
