The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role ensures the effective management of people, policies, and office operations to support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

HR & ADMIN MANAGER

Role Requirements:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and ensuring a positive organizational culture

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity

  • Monitor employee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies

  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Manage office facilities, assets, and vendor relationships

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office support services

  • Handle company documentation, licenses, and regulatory compliance matters

  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications

  • Implement and improve administrative systems and processes

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and administrative management

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
