We’re Hiring: Application & Project Engineering Section Head

Are you passionate about automation, engineering innovation, and leading high-impact projects? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving technical solutions, project execution, and customer success in the automation & semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical proposal preparation and solution support activities for customer inquiries and business opportunities.

• Provide conceptual design, determine, compile and translate customer’s requirements into design specs & buyoff criteria.

• Coordinate machine concept discussions, technical feasibility studies, costing support, and system configuration planning.

• Support customer technical discussions, requirement clarification, and application solution presentations.

• Manage and coordinate project activities from project kick-off until project completion, including schedule monitoring and cross-functional follow-up.

• Work closely with Business Development, Engineering, SCM, Production, Quality, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project status, risks, timelines, and action items to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Lead technical documentation preparation including specifications, layouts, project plans, and proposal materials.

• Coordinate technical issue resolution and escalation support when required.

• Drive continuous improvement in proposal efficiency, project coordination, and application engineering processes.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers or supporting team members when applicable.

• Any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation systems, semiconductor equipment, machine building, or related industries

• At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge in automation systems, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), FMEA, DOE & project management

• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills
