Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Centre / Customer Service
  • Mandatory experience in the Insurance industry
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts if required


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, policies, and claims
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution within SLA
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements


Additional Information:

  • Candidates with experience handling claims, policy servicing, or insurance support will have an added advantage
