We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive / Corporate Sales Executive

Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Freemiums is a Malaysia corporate gifts and premiums supplier serving companies across different industries including MNCs, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, education, corporate offices, government-linked companies, and event-related businesses.

We support corporate clients in sourcing, customising, printing, and delivering gifts that are suitable for their branding campaigns, company events, staff appreciation, customer loyalty programmes, roadshows, and festive campaigns.

Our Kuching presence has now been established for 3 years, and we are looking for the right person to continue growing the Sarawak market with us.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, building corporate relationships, developing new accounts, and following through from enquiry to closing.

What You Will Do

• Develop new B2B corporate accounts in Kuching / Sarawak

• Visit customers and create new business opportunities

• Follow up enquiries, quotations, and potential projects

• Recommend suitable gift solutions based on customer budget, event, timeline, and branding needs

• Coordinate with internal teams on product selection, artwork, printing, delivery timeline, and order requirements

• Maintain proper sales activity reporting and customer follow-up

• Achieve monthly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years B2B / outdoor sales experience

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable meeting customers and working independently

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Own transport required

• Experience in corporate gifts, printing, packaging, uniforms, advertising, events, FMCG, office supplies, or related B2B industries will be an advantage

Package

Basic salary from RM3,500

• Travel allowance
• Commission
• Performance incentives

Higher package may be considered for candidates with strong B2B sales experience and proven results.
