Job / Function Purpose :

• Region Manager for Bancassurance for CR & NCR for Klang Valley Region:-

  • To provide sales support for CR & NCR business distribution channels within the Klang Valley region.

  • To build close relationships and rapport with the business partner and to ensure continuous business support and future business development.

  • To provide joint field if necessary to drive Banca business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

• Managed and oversaw bancassurance distribution channels across the Klang Valley region, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and achievement of sales targets.

• Led and guided Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) in executing business and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet departmental goals.

• Built and maintained strong relationships with key business partners, enabling continuous collaboration, consistent business support, and sustainable growth opportunities.

• Developed, coached, and managed the BDE/BDM team to enhance competencies, improve productivity, and drive overall team performance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with bancassurance product, specializing in Sales/ Business Development or experience in sales management for Bancassurance

• Position is based in Kuala Lumpur, covering Klang Valley Region
