Guest Relations Executive

Keong Saik, Singapore

5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours per Week
Salary :  $2,500 - $2,600 Basic

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional dining experiences and provide excellent service to our guests from reservation to departure.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, and walk-in guest enquiries professionally

• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records

• Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist throughout their dining experience

• Promote current menu items, promotions, and events

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

• Build positive relationships with regular and returning guests

• Assist with cashier opening and closing duties

• Gather guest feedback and suggest service improvements

• Monitor online reviews and support initiatives to improve guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly personality

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service, or guest relations is an advantage
