We are representing our client, a leading service provider offering end-to-end integrated infocommunications IT solutions services, to look for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to complement the existing group of technical experts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product consultancy and solutions (unified communication, contact center and cloud solutions in the enterprise, using modern digital technologies) to Client Managers.
- Provide advice and assistance on the compliance and system configuration for tender.
- Demonstrate experience presenting technical topics, execute demos, proof of concepts.
- Reconcile and resolve differences between various stakeholders during project execution.
- Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years architecting, developing, and solutioning using cloud platform and its ecosystem.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of the Unified Communications, Contact Center, and Cloud technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, etc.
- Knowledge of Avaya, Mitel, Genesys, Zoom.
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other IT certification is a plus.
