Job Description
1. Sales Support & Product Training
- Partner with the Sales team to plan and conduct product training sessions across clinics.
- Deliver training sessions onsite, virtually, or in small‑group formats based on clinic needs.
- Support clinics in building product knowledge and confidence to reinforce effective sales discussions.
2. Clinical Demonstration Support
- Take ownership of clinical demo setup, including planning, coordination, and equipment preparation.
- Conduct clinical demonstration sessions for doctors in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
- Ensure demos support sales conversations and align with approved product usage.
3. Soft‑Skills Training Support
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to design and deliver soft‑skills training sessions.
- Support clinic teams in improving patient communication, consultation techniques, and service experience.
- Position soft‑skills programs as value‑added initiatives to strengthen long‑term clinic relationships.
4. Product Activation & Blitz Activities
- Assist in executing product blitz initiatives to reinforce key product messages and awareness.
- Ensure information shared during blitz activities is accurate, aligned, and consistent across teams.
- Prepare supporting materials, including brochure printing, sourcing, and procurement of promotional items.
5. Digital Learning Platform Support
- Maintain and continuously enhance web‑based learning platforms (e.g. S.O.S – Source of Skill).
- Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with training standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and IT teams to optimize platform usability and learner experience.
- Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to improve digital learning effectiveness for nurses, consultants, and clinic staff.
6. Events Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual Nurse Appreciation Night.
- Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and work with agencies to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver professional and well-organized event
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product training, clinical demonstrations, or sales enablement activities within the aesthetics, medical device, or healthcare industry is preferred.
