Position Overview
We are looking for a Sustainability Solution Engineer to join ourteam. This role requires some experience in Building Management Systems (BMS),chiller systems, and commercial HVAC solutions, with a keen understanding ofenergy efficiency and sustainability-driven projects. The successful candidatewill be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing proposals, andexecuting sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Servicing
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and end-users.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with project needs and energy-saving goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all sales-related communications.
Sales & Proposal Development
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and pricing in response to customer queries and tenders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to align proposals with system design and technical feasibility.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and provide pre-sales technical consultation where necessary.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales plans in line with annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Communication & Documentation
- Provide customers with regular updates, technical documentation, and after-sales support when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activity and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:
*BMS Control Systems/Chiller Systems
*Energy Efficiency / Green Building Projects
*Commercial HVAC (Air-Conditioning)
- Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and energy-saving technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
