In this role, your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Participating in the development of state-of-the-art IPs and specialized analog circuit blocks in advanced deep sub-micron process technology for SoC, FPGA and Automotive projects.
Being responsible for the definition, design, evaluation, enhancement and validation of IPs and specialized analog circuit blocks.
Performing circuit design and simulation to verify functionality, performance, reliability and quality of analog/mixed-signal blocks, ensuring robust and reliable design.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to debug and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality analog/mixed-signal block implementation.
Debugging, verifying and correlating circuit behavior between simulation and silicon to ensure product electrical specifications are met.
Guiding and coaching junior engineers, ensuring their work meets the area, performance and power consumption specifications.
Qualifications:
BSEE/MSEE with 2-7 years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, or PhD with relevant experience.
Experience in the design of VLSI analog circuit blocks and IPs.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and familiarity with multiple levels of IC design abstraction.
Background in high-speed serial interfaces, Input/Output (I/O) Ports, PLL, Oscillator, Power Regulator, Bandgap, Phase Interpolator, ADC/DAC, Memory etc is an advantage.
Experience with UNIX operating environment, Cadence design tools, circuit layout implementation, Behavioral Model, Static Timing Analysis and Python, Perl and OCEAN scripting is an advantage.
