Operations/Patrolling Officer (Security Services)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations/Patrolling Officer to oversee and coordinate daily security operations. The candidate will ensure smooth deployment of security personnel, maintain operational standards, and support client requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily security operations and staff deployment

* Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance

* Coordinate with security guards, supervisors, and clients

* Ensure all security assignments are properly covered

* Conduct site visits and inspections when required

* Handle incident reports and operational documentation

* Respond to emergencies and operational issues promptly

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security regulations

* Monitor staff discipline, performance, and appearance

* Assist management in improving operational efficiency

Requirements

* Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

* Experience in security operations or related field is an advantage

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Able to work under pressure and handle urgent situations

* Basic computer knowledge

* Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed

* Able to work flexible hours if required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing security personnel

* Knowledge of security procedures and incident handling

* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
