We are looking for an energetic and innovative new team member to join us as Maintenance Supervisor based in office at Diamond Square, Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:

1. Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Electrical background.

2. Having a Chargeman certificate is an added advantage.

3. Minimum 3 years of working experience hands-on site supervision of M&E works in building maintenance filed is required.

4. Have strong leadership skills, responsible for coaching, resolving issues & serving as a link between the staff & client.

5. Ensure daily maintenance operations are executed in accordance with the maintenance plan.

6. To monitor workflow at the project.

7. Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.

8. Able to work in a fast paced environment.

9. Posses own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Building Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
