We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the accounting operations for multiple petrol stations under the company. This role is responsible for monitoring daily sales collection, cash flow, reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across all outlets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of accounting functions for multiple petrol stations.
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales collection, cash, card transactions, and fuel sales records.
- Ensure daily sales reports submitted by outlets are accurate and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow movement.
- Verify supplier invoices, fuel purchase records, and operational expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and sales analysis.
- Liaise with station managers regarding discrepancies, shortages, or accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team on daily operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, petrol station, or multi-outlet operations.
- Strong knowledge in sales reconciliation, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to travel between outlets when necessary.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
