- Provide customers with information regarding the company’s products, promotions, and services.
- Assist customers with purchases, bookings, and product-related inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Handle customer complaints and help resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high and consistent level.
- Build good relationships with customers to enhance confidence in the company.
- Help achieve the company’s sales targets through quality customer service.
- Plan and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales through online platforms and live marketing.
- Cooperate with the team and assist with the company’s daily operations when required.
- Comply with all SOPs, company policies, and instructions from time to time.
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
