Retail Banking Expert (Contract)

Role Overview

Apply retail banking expertise to evaluate consumer banking workflows, lending decisions, and compliance scenarios.

Engage in structured, project-based work that strengthens analytical judgment and domain precision.

$45 $65/hour | Flexible hours | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Review lending decisions, account servicing outputs, and customer communications for accuracy
• Evaluate workflows across loan origination, account management, and fraud handling
• Validate processes related to credit assessment, KYC/AML, and dispute resolution
• Assess compliance alignment with banking regulations and product terms
• Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, accuracy, and consistency

• Strong understanding of retail banking operations including lending and deposit services
