Influencer Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce (Remote)

TalentPop App is growing our remote marketing team and we’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to help drive creator partnerships, affiliate growth, and customer engagement across the E-Commerce space.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, takes ownership of projects independently, and enjoys building strong creator relationships that contribute to long-term brand growth.

Our team supports high-performing E-Commerce operations across industries including health & wellness, beauty, fashion, supplements, pet, food & beverage, and consumer goods.

What You'll Do

• Identify, research, and evaluate influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on audience engagement, content quality, and campaign alignment
• Manage influencer outreach and creator communication through email, direct messaging, and collaboration platforms
• Coordinate gifting campaigns and product shipments, including tracking deliveries and maintaining organized records
• Support affiliate and creator partnership programs through platforms such as TikTok Shop, Social Snowball, Impact, ShopMy, or similar tools
• Monitor campaign deliverables, timelines, and creator follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) campaigns and assist with content organization and usage rights tracking
• Help negotiate creator collaborations, campaign deliverables, and partnership terms as needed
• Maintain detailed campaign trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards
• Analyze campaign performance including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI metrics
• Provide light community engagement support through comments and direct messages when needed
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with E-Commerce and creator tools such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, Amazon, Social Snowball, Impact, ShopMy, or similar platforms
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva, and AI tools in a remote work environment
• Strong written communication skills and confidence managing creator relationships professionally
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Full-time remote position
• Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
• Dedicated and professional remote workspace
