Drive day-to-day execution of e-commerce strategies on Shopee and Lazada & TikTok, including campaign setup, budget pacing, and ongoing performance optimization for paid media. Ensure campaign alignment with business goals, key promotions, and product priorities.
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly trackers and dashboards to monitor KPIs across campaigns.
Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract insights on consumer behaviour, seasonal trends, SKU performance, and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable recommendations to improve future performance.
Develop monthly media plans in alignment with client briefs, business goals, and marketplace priorities. Integrate learnings from past campaigns into strategic media planning.
Manage and optimize budget pacing, especially during key sales events (e.g., Double Digit Days, Mega Sales Days, and other promotional periods).
Coordinate with marketplace representatives to secure participation in key promotional activities and maximize exposure.
Ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of all campaigns
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs), and internal finance and planning teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
Respond to client and internal ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of all deliverables with attention to detail and consistency.
Stay abreast of platform updates, marketplace trends, and competitor strategies.
Propose and implement new tools, T&L strategies, and experimental campaigns to drive innovation and business growth.
Qualifications
Degree in marketing management, business, IT or equivalent.
1-2 years of proven experience working in an eCommerce role, an added plus if have experienced in regional market.
Knowledgeable about consumer preference (related to e-Commerce), procedures & techniques in e-commerce.
Solid configuring, problem solving, market research, data analytical, consulting, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and strong desire to succeed.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
