About The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment. You won’t just be "maintaining applications"—you will be a key player in engineering the backbone of our platform.

You will design scalable back-end solutions, optimize our AI-driven ranking systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex requirements into robust, high-performing software. If you love clean code, complex problem solving, and want to own your work from concept to deployment, this is your path.

The Tech Stack

We believe in using the right tools for the job. You should be fluent in the MERN/PERN stack and ready to leverage AI to speed up development.

• Core Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• The "Secret Sauce": AI-Assisted Coding (Copilot/Cursor), AI-based Applicant Ranking algorithms.
• Infrastructure: Cloud Operations (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Build & Scale: Design and implement low-latency, high-availability applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Innovate: Integrate AI-driven features that power our applicant ranking and matching engines.
• Collaborate: Work within a remote, Agile team to refine project requirements and deliver features on time.
• Optimize: Ensure the platform remains robust and scalable as we expand into new global markets.
• Quality First: Champion Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and write clean, maintainable code.
