We are looking for a Change Management Executive to support change and transformation initiatives across the business. This role will focus on stakeholder communication, training coordination, and supporting users through change adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management activities across assigned projects
- Assist in conducting Change Impact Analysis to identify affected teams and users
- Prepare and share communication materials such as emails, announcements, presentations, and user updates
- Coordinate training sessions, training schedules, and attendance tracking
- Support preparation of training materials, user guides, and FAQs
- Engage with stakeholders and end users to support awareness and adoption of new processes or systems
- Collect feedback from users and escalate concerns or resistance areas to project teams
- Maintain documentation related to change activities, communications, and training records
- Work closely with project managers, business users, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, communications, HR, training support, or project support roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with good coordination abilities
- Comfortable preparing presentations, emails, and documentation
- Basic knowledge of change management or project environments is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

- Familiarity with change management concepts or frameworks is a plus
