About The Job

As the Sales/ Territory Manager, you will be:

• involves building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and staying informed on industry trends. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• serves as the main point of contact for construction system buyers, managing both sales and rental activities to ensure customer satisfaction
• actively prospects within an assigned territory to identify and prioritize potential clients and projects. Manages a sales pipeline using internal CRM tools and works with leadership to allocate resources effectively
• prepares cost estimates based on internal pricing structures, develops customized presentations, and delivers proposals that address client needs while demonstrating cost-effective solutions.
• finalizes orders using standard contractual documentation and ensures all necessary paperwork is completed for processing.
• collaborates with internal teams to meet client expectations and maintain strong relationships. Supports follow-up on payment collections to meet account receivable targets.
• stays updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities, and develops strategies to expand business with new and existing clients.
• participates in training, industry events, and other assigned projects as needed to support professional development and company initiatives.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor degree in construction/ engineering or equivalent
• Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to perform effectively under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
