Job Summary

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse inbound and outbound activities, ensuring all stock movements are accurate, properly documented, and handled according to company procedures. The role requires strong attention to detail, inventory management skills, and close coordination with production, logistics, and delivery teams to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

• Execute and monitor daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations efficiently.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate quantity checking, product specifications, and condition of materials before receiving or dispatching.
• Inspect goods for defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies and report findings immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials according to warehouse layout and safety procedures.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

Logistics & Coordination

• Ensure outgoing deliveries are packed, checked, and loaded correctly according to customer requirements.
• Support warehouse planning to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking goods and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operational tasks.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual with positive working attitudes.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / inventory system) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
