Full Time Environmental Tech (3 Vacancies) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,400 in RICHPORT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) & Scrubber performance monitoring activities for all unit processes and operations.
• Operate and maintain IETS & Scrubber equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Carry out daily IETS & Scrubber activities such as chemical dosing, sludge handling, cleaning, calibration and equipment operation.
• Ensure operation parameters are within control and specifications (pH, turbidity, pressure gauge reading, flow rate, etc.)
• Conduct laboratory tests on water samples to monitor wastewater quality and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain detailed daily records of wastewater treatment & scrubber activities, including, equipment maintenance logs, and regulatory compliance records.
• Respond immediate to emergency situations, such as equipment failures, power outages, and wastewater parameter issues.
• Schedule waste management including 5S, waste code labelling & storage.
• Ensure compliance and performance monitoring parameters meet DOE regulations.
• Monitor and maintain consumable stock levels.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company work procedures.
• Maintain good manufacturing practice, cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Require to work in rotating shifts (day & night).
• Able to do repairing/maintenance job for electrical equipment, simple piping etc.
• Able to drive forklift is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang.
