What You’ll Be Doing (Job Scope)
Sales & Business Development
- Lead Management: Handle both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound outreach to potential corporate clients.
- Solutions Pitching: Present our impactful training programs and solutions that genuinely fit client business needs.
- Deal Closing: Follow up diligently with potential clients, overcome objections, and successfully close sales deals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers and corporate decision-makers.
Training Coordination (KL Classes)
- On-Ground Support: Attend physical training sessions in KL when required to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Class Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day class logistics and operations.
- Liaison: Act as the key bridge of communication between the trainer and the participants.
HRDC Documentation Support
- Document Collection: Assist in collecting all required HRDC documents from participating companies and attendees.
- Compliance: Ensure absolute completeness of attendance lists, evaluation forms, and required submissions.
- Team Support: Work closely with the operations team to ensure strict compliance with HRDC guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior sales or business development experience is a strong advantage (especially in corporate B2B or training sectors).
- Language Skills (Mandatory): Multilingual. You must be able to communicate fluently and effectively with a highly diverse client base.
- Key Traits: Strong communication and negotiation skills. You are responsible, proactive, result-driven, and highly comfortable handling both client meetings and on-ground event coordination.
- Autonomy: Highly disciplined, able to work independently from home, and excellent at managing your own time.
