Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards
- Ensure all rooms are in tip-top condition before releasing for guest check-in
- Pay special attention to VIP rooms, ensuring setup, amenities, and presentation meet required standards
- Check bed setup, bathroom condition, room amenities, and overall appearance
- Identify and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping team to rectify any deficiencies immediately
- Ensure all room items are complete, functional, and properly arranged
- Monitor consistency of room standards across all room categories
- Report discrepancies or repeated issues to the supervisor
- Assist in maintaining housekeeping quality control records if required
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Basic communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Working Conditions
- 9 hours per shift (including break)
- Rotational shifts required
- 5-day work week / based on operation needs

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
