Job Description

Responsibilities

Security Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function.
  • Duties including maintaining proper documents and filing, data entry, handling invoices and purchase order, ordering office stationaries, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity is required.
  • Able to work on retail hours (shift / weekends / public holidays).
  • Independent and self-starter with good communication skills and personality.
  • Computer literate and good in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
