2.0 Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s business growth by identifying potential clients, maintaining business relationships, assisting in marketing activities, and promoting HCASB services to prospective clients and business partners.
3.0 Key Responsibilities3.1 Business Development
- Identify potential business opportunities and new clients.
- Assist in expanding the company’s market presence and business network.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the preparation of business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads and client enquiries.
3.2 Client Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with clients and external parties.
- Ensure prompt response to client requests and enquiries.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and service-related matters.
3.3 Marketing & Promotion
- Support marketing and promotional activities organized by HCASB.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials and business presentations.
- Promote company services through professional communication and engagement.
3.4 Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Maintain proper records of client databases, meetings, and communications.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and properly filed.
- Assist Management in business-related administrative tasks.
3.5 Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding operational and client requirements.
- Support project implementation and service coordination activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
4.0 Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
5.0 Knowledge & Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
6.0 Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Achievement of assigned business targets.
- Number of new client leads generated.
- Client engagement and follow-up effectiveness.
- Timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Participation in marketing and business activities.
7.0 Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional travel for meetings and business events.
- May be required to work outside office hours when necessary.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
