Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment, tools, and systems as required.
- Respond promptly to service requests, complaints, or breakdowns.
- Assist in monitoring and upkeep of facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Support in coordinating with external contractors/vendors for specialized repair or installation works.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time taken.
- Assist in setup and support for special events and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
Requirement
- Knowledge of building services and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in facility or building maintenance.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Require of certificated chargeman A0/A1 and PW4
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
