Job scope :
1) Food Preparation Support
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits
- Prepare simple ingredients (e.g., portioning meat, mixing sauces)
- Assist chefs with basic cooking tasks when needed
2) Cleaning & Hygiene
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
3) Stock & Storage
- Receive and check deliveries of ingredients
- Store food properly (e.g., fridge, freezer, dry storage)
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low
4) Kitchen Operations Support
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly
- Keep the kitchen organized and tidy during busy hours
5) Equipment Handling
- Use basic kitchen equipment safely (e.g., knives, mixers)
- Report any damaged or faulty equipment
6) Basic understanding of food hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and communication

- 按要求妥善存放食品(如冷藏、冷冻、干货存储)
- 监控库存水平,并在物资不足时通知主管

- 安全使用基本厨房设备(如刀具、搅拌机等)
- 及时报告任何损坏或故障设备

- 具备基本食品卫生知识
- 能适应快节奏工作环境
