Provide administrative and operational assistance to support smooth day-to-day business operations, including handling sales orders, purchase requisitions, delivery orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely coordination and fulfillment of operational requirements.
Perform data entry, organize documents, and maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems.
Support management with any additional duties or ad-hoc assignments when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations within the manufacturing or construction sector.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Positive, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
5-day work week.
Based in Ulu Tiram.
