LMW & Customs Compliance
- Oversee all LMW-related activities and ensure full compliance with regulations set by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD).
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual LMW reports in line with statutory requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact during Customs audits and inspections.
Import & Export Operations
- Manage import and export shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, permits, and Customs Forms (e.g. K1, K2, K9, and related forms).
- Ensure accurate HS Code assignment and proper tariff classification for import/export declarations and duty exemption applications.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customs agents, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for import, export, local deliveries, scrap disposals, and other transactions under LMW or related customs programs.
Training & Regulatory Updates
- Provide guidance and training to internal staff on LMW procedures and logistics best practices.
- Keep up to date with Malaysia and international trade regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Carry out additional duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, customs administration, or supply chain operations.
- Good understanding of Malaysian customs regulations, import/export procedures, SST, and LMW requirements.
- Familiar with HS Code classification, duty and tax calculations, and exemption procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and compliance.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
