Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support daily hiring and workforce coordination activities. This role involves candidate follow-ups, onboarding support, communication management, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Suitable for individuals who are organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scope:
- Follow up with candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms
- Coordinate interview arrangements, onboarding, and workforce attendance tracking
- Manage candidate communications and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and update recruitment records, trackers, and internal reports
- Support administrative processes related to hiring and workforce operations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities and manpower planning
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or administrative coordination is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- Annual Leave: Provided according to company policy
