We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Commis Pastry Chef to join our pastry team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production of breads, viennoiseries, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and SOPs accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Support dough preparation, lamination, baking, finishing, and plating
- Handle ingredient scaling, preparation, and proper storage (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation at all times
- Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely service and production flow
Requirements
- Basic pastry/baking knowledge or relevant kitchen experience
- Fresh graduates from culinary/pastry school are welcome
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
