What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking cold dishes such as salads, cold appetizers, and cold desserts
- Ensuring all dishes meet the company's high standards for taste, appearance, and portion control
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with the preparation of hot dishes as needed
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new and innovative menu items
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or requests
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar role
- Formal culinary training or certification, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing cold dishes
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
