Position: Service Advisor
Language Requirement: Mandarin + Cantonese
Location: George Town / Livingston
Working Hours:
Mon – Sun: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
(Morning & Afternoon Shift | 5 working days, 2 days off)

Salary & Benefits
- Malaysian Package: RM4,000 – RM4,500
- Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to RM700
- 13th Month Salary
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service support.
- Assist customers with service-related requests and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting service KPIs.
- Support daily operational and customer service activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Prior customer service or service advisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency may also apply.
