Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all building services, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, tools, and resources for daily operations.
• Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives within the club.
• Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and inventory records.
• Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, tools, and resources for daily operations.

Job Competence:

• Technical knowledge in building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail and service quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,001.00 per month
