Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Project Manager with approximately 5 years of solid general e-commerce project management experience to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end e-commerce platform build-out, project governance, cross-functional resource coordination and ongoing business iteration to support our retail online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End E-commerce Platform Build & Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of e-commerce platform setup and upgrades, including requirement gathering, solution framing, project scoping, system configuration, UAT coordination and production go-live. Ensure stable and functional platform deployment to support end-to-end online retail operations.
• Project Planning & Progress Control: Own overall project roadmap formulation, milestone tracking, timeline governance and quality assurance. Proactively identify project risks, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and drive all initiatives to completion on time, within scope and aligned with business KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Resource & Process Coordination: Align and manage cross-team resources across business, marketing, operations and technical teams. Standardize and optimize internal project workflows, streamline cross-department collaboration, and eliminate communication and resource gaps to maximize overall project efficiency.
• Operational Iteration & Business Enablement: Partner closely with online operation teams to understand ongoing business needs. Drive continuous system optimization and feature iteration covering store management, promotional campaigns, member operations and daily e-commerce business scenarios, empowering sustainable online business growth.
• Strategic Platform Migration Delivery: Participate in the company’s key e-commerce platform migration and system modernization projects. Conduct solution evaluation, phased roadmap planning, risk mitigation and launch governance to ensure seamless business transition and system stabilization.

Job Requirements

• 5 years of professional E-commerce Project Manager experience with proven track record in e-commerce platform construction, full-cycle project delivery, resource orchestration and business iteration management.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end e-commerce business logic and retail online operation mechanisms.
• Have Toro / Shopify / Adobe Magento experience is a good plus;
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) , Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong logical thinking, independent problem-solving skills and excellent multi-tasking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on project experience in retail, fashion or luxury e-commerce industries
• Relevant experience in e-commerce platform migration, system upgrade or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with agile project management and mainstream project management tools
