Job Overview
The AM, Credit Control & Sales Admin is responsible for managing customer accounts across the full property sales lifecycle, with a strong focus on credit monitoring, collections, and end-to-end transaction coordination.
This role ensures timely collection of progressive billings, effective credit risk management, and smooth coordination between sales, finance, legal, and financial institutions. Acting as a key account owner, the role balances customer relationship management with strict credit control discipline to safeguard the company’s cash flow and financial exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Control & Collections Management
- Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely collection of progressive billings.
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments and implement structured collection strategies.
- Work closely with Finance to reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
- Support credit risk assessment and recommend actions to minimize financial exposure.
Sales Administration & Transaction Control
- Oversee end-to-end transaction flow from booking, SPA execution, loan documentation, to vacant possession (VP).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales and credit-related documentation.
End-Financing & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with banks, solicitors, and financial institutions to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
- Identify and resolve delays affecting financing, documentation, or payment progression.
- Maintain strong external stakeholder relationships to support efficient credit recovery and transaction flow.
Vacant Possession (VP) & Final Settlement
- Coordinate VP process including final billing, settlement tracking, and handover readiness.
- Ensure all outstanding payments are collected prior to VP release.
- Support resolution of last-mile account issues to ensure smooth closure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in credit control, account management, sales administration, or property development operations.
- Strong exposure to progressive billing, developer sales cycle, SPA processes, and end-financing coordination.
- Proven experience managing customer portfolios with responsibility for collections and overdue recovery.
- Experience liaising with banks, solicitors, and financial institutions is highly preferred.
