The Opportunity


Working Location: Kent Ridge
Basic Salary: Up to $3,200
Working hours: 12-hour shift, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Working days: Roster shift, 3443 pattern
Training provided
12 months contract (Subjected to renewal/conversion)


Job Responsibilities


Operate CSAM (C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) tools for chip inspection using ultrasound technology
Prepare and handle samples for SCM (Scanning Capacitance Microscopy) analysis
Perform SCM measurements to evaluate electrical charge distribution
Support Focused Ion Beam (FIB) activities, including basic sample preparation and cross-sectioning under guidance
Conduct mechanical polishing to ensure high-quality sample surfaces
Operate electrical probe stations for chip testing and validation
Follow strict lab protocols, SOPs, and safety guidelines


Job Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
Exposure to FIB (Focused Ion Beam)
Candidates with experience in PFIB will be considered a plus
Familiarity with lab tools such as CSAM, SCM, probe stations is beneficial
Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive lab work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts (4334 cycle)
Comfortable working in a lab-based (non-cleanroom) environment
