Responsibilities

Perform full function of Recruitment - Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates & clients
Conducting phone or face to face interviews to identify suitable candidates
Understanding the job requirements and matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiate offer terms and place candidates successfully
Provide good customer service to clients and candidates
Achieving and hitting sales target


Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Willing to learn attitude
Not afraid of rejection
Hungry for money
