Your new role

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail outlets within the Klang Valley region, ensuring operational efficiency, sales performance, and compliance with organisational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets, including sales, after-sales service, and customer experience
• Monitor dealer performance and drive achievement of sales and profitability targets
• Analyse KPIs and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal standards across all outlets
• Work closely with senior leadership to align retail strategies with overall business goals
• Provide regular reporting and insights on performance, market trends, and operational improvements
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree with strong academic performance (CGPA 3.3 and above preferred)
• 10+ years of experience, with strong exposure to retail operations (automotive preferred)
• Strong command of English with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to operate in a front-facing, high-visibility leadership role
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and composure when engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capability
• Willingness to travel across multiple retail outlets within Klang Valley
