Join a team maintaining a rainforest attraction 800m above sea level — ensuring trails, structures, and facilities are safe, operational, and maintained to high standards.
What You Will Actually Do
- Conduct regular document inspections, facility inspections, and pre-opening checklist inspections.
- Monitor and facilitate upkeep of park amenities including structures, trails, lighting, signage, M&E systems, etc.
- Plan & document preventive maintenance schedules; maintain logs and inspection records.
- Inventory & equipment management: tools, materials, spare parts; ensure proper storage, usage and maintenance; maintain emergency systems readiness.
- Vendor/contractor supervision including QC/QA monitoring, verifying completion quality and timelines.
- Staff supervision: guide technicians, assign tasks, conduct performance checks, enforce safety compliance and safe handling practices.
- Support project coordination including planning, execution monitoring, risk & quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
You Are Our Person If You Have
- Relevant Diploma/Degree with 3–5 years’ experience.
- Strong hands-on skills and experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and general building works.
- Strong documentation discipline and ability to keep compliance records organised and up to date.
- Calm under pressure and able to brief team, manage contractors, and update management professionally.
