Job Description:

The Lee Kum Kee Global Talent Program is an 18-month program designed to stretch our future leaders’ potential through a structured and career-focused development plan.

Key Features for the Global Talent Program:

• The program consists of the following components:
• Project-based and on-the-job training, and learning curriculum from Personal Effectiveness to Leadership Development
• Global exposure including cross-territory attachment and global project assignment
• Become a Lee Kum Kee brand ambassador, getting involved in various company-wide staff engagement and brand promotion projects
• Mentorship and guidance

We are looking for the Talents who are:

• Fresh graduates or any experienced hire with less than 2 years of work experience

• Able to work as team and independently
