Job Description: HR Coordinator (Contract / Temporary – 1 Year)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support regional HR operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. This role will primarily focus on HR administration, onboarding coordination, training arrangements, employee data management, and other HR support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR administrative support for Singapore, Hong Kong, and China offices
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new hires
Arrange training sessions and support employee learning activities
Assist with payroll administration and ensure timely submission of payroll information
Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports as required
Support employee queries related to HR matters
Ensure proper filing and housekeeping of HR documents and data
Assist with any other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
1–3 years of HR administration experience preferred
Basic knowledge of payroll processes
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple countries
Contract Details
1-year contract / temporary position
Potential for extension based on business needs and performance
