Full job descriptionJob Summary: To meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities:
Setting sales quotas and goals. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
training of new Sales Representatives
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Reporting issues and progress to upper management.
Requirement:
We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates as the role requires dealing with and servicing Mandarin-speaking buyers/clients;
Bachelor's Degree: Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years in property/real estate sales and marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
