Job Summary
Understand customer requirement and ensure the smooth facilitation of processing of customer’s shipment.
Work closely with Customer and internal team.
Have to deliver satisfactory service to customers and continuously improving to build client confidence on our services and achieve business growth.
Laise with authorities (if required)
Key Responsibilities:
Checking documents to ensure all data is correct and complete for and shipment preparation
Promptly respond to customers upon receiving new orders or inquiries.
Coordinate and understand customer requirement and arrange transportation and forwarding services as per customer expectations.
Ensure all customer request are fulfilled and provide shipment information to customer timely.
Ensure document receive from customer is in order before hand over to operation team for custom document preparation.
To liaise with internal departments and vendors to facilitate shipments.
Work cohesively with colleagues and provide assistance to team when required.
Update customer the status of shipment.
Proactively to resolve issues with operations team.
Report to superior upon receiving new inquiries from customer
Assist with internal communication regarding job schedules related to import/export shipments, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and client expectations.
