To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Thermal Engineer located in Kallang, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Thermal designsfor PSU, BBU, shelf and RACK.
• InnovativeThermal solutions implement for developed products.
• Join crossfunction teams co-work and design margins improvement.
• Thermal modeling analysis/simulation for design products.
• Airflow Rate/Impedance characteristic validation
• Temperature profiles monitor and drafting analysis.
• Acoustic measurement and debug.
• Thermal test to verify design solution & thermal trouble shotting.
• Responsible for market analysis of Flex competitive position on power, thermal performance andcost.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor or Masterdegree in Thermal and Flow Engineering or related Engineering
• Fluent with Flotherm and good knowledge in thermal and flow dynamics.
• At least 4-5 yearexperience on thermal design.
• Highlyinteresting in electronic cooling design and aggressive working attitude
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
• Able to use Pro/E and 3D modeling software
• Solid backgrounding heat transfer, Fluid dynamics and/or acoustic
• Good English speaking and literacy. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
