Role & responsibilities

1. Create 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD

2. Use BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.

3. Identify potential conflicts or issues in the design process and work to resolve them.

4. Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed.

5.Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

6. Co-ordinating with the Project engineer at site for drawings and clarifying any technical issues.

7. Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings for approvals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering , Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.

3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BIM software.

4. Proficient in BIM software such as Revit & Naviswork

Skills:

· Able to identify and resolve conflicts or issues in the design process and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.

· Able to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and be able to pay close attention to detail.

· Able to adapt to changing project needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to work closely with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors, and be able to effectively communicate ideas and information.

· Has strong problem-solving skills

· Has excellent teamwork skills.

· Must be proficient in both spoken and written English.

SALARY negotiation depending on level of experience and specialization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
