Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with forwarders/transporters on the logistic/shipment of incoming and outgoing goods in timely manner.

• Ensuring accurate and detailed record keeping at warehouse.

• Liaise with all parties (contract manufacturer/operation team/engineering team) to ensure the smoothly arrangement of shipment.

• Participates in the planning and execution of compliance assessments on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and Schedule B classification, Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classifications, documentation requirements, or other import and export regulations.

• Review and evaluate customs regulations and internal customs procedures to reduce risk exposure and gain efficiency.

• To support and carry out other task, improvement project and assignment given by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• > 1 year of working experience in planning.

• Good knowledge of logistics and production planning.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skill.

• Flexible and adaptive to change.
